Emotional health serves as the decider of all your success. Traditionally we view emotional health as just feeling good. Here we go deeper. We explore emotional health form a developmental perspective. We examine how to identify what could be contributing to our poor emotional health. Then we go into how to address our emotions. What practices and tools can we use to treat our emotions when they are getting the best of us. Then we end with emotional mastery, how can we design our lives in a way that we are able to foster wisdom and growth within the our emotional world. Through each stage of essentials, basics, and then advanced we take you through a journey of complete emotional health growth . Our ultimate goal in this course is to simplify your quality of living such that you are able to build resilience to take on anything that comes your way.
